Sachets
We can only accept returns only if the box is still sealed in the same condition as it was sent. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for opened boxes; this is for food safety reasons.
Apparel
We do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that you received them in, unwashed, with tags intact. Returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order.
